\n<\/p>\n\n The \u00c1lex Rivera Foundation carries out projects and solidarity actions to improve the quality of life for adults with Down syndrome, promoting their independence through employment, housing, technology, and visibility.
\n<\/p>\n\n Donors can freely choose to pay their donations via credit card (MasterCard, Visa), Bizum, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Subsequently, the donor must fill out a form with their personal information and NIF to correctly identify the donation and so we can issue the corresponding donation certificate. Donations are accepted as irrevocable gifts, so cancellation or refund is not possible.
\n<\/p>\n\n The \u00c1lex Rivera Foundation guarantees security and confidentiality in all communications with its donors. All online payment operations are carried out through a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which protects the data against attempts of violation by third parties.
\n<\/p>\n\n The \u00c1lex Rivera Foundation guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, residential, payment, and any other type of data provided by our donors, according to the European Data Protection Regulation (see the privacy policy). All data provided by our donors to the \u00c1lex Rivera Foundation will be included in an automated personal data file created and maintained under the Foundation’s responsibility, with the intended purpose established during data collection.<\/p>\n\n In compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation, donors of the \u00c1lex Rivera Foundation can, at any time, exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition concerning their personal data by writing to the \u00c1lex Rivera Foundation, Calle Babilonia 2, 28042 Madrid, or by emailing info@fundacionalexrivera.org.<\/p>\n\n A. <\/strong>To make a one-time online donation, the user must go to the “Colabora” section on our website, and once there, select the amount they wish to donate (the maximum amount is 5,000 euros).<\/p>\n\n In accordance with Article 42 of Royal Decree 304\/2014, of May 5, which approves the Regulation of Law 10\/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, the \u00c1lex Rivera Foundation will identify donors making donations exceeding one hundred (100) euros. For this reason, it is necessary that you provide the corresponding proof of identity (NIF, passport, etc.).<\/p>\n\n B.<\/strong> Our virtual platform allows us to accept donations from all over the world.

\n<\/p>\n\n Cancellations or refunds for donations already made are not accepted. Donors understand and agree that all donations processed on the website are final, so donors waive their right to claim a refund or reversal. The \u00c1lex Rivera Foundation does not process or execute refunds for amounts donated through the website.
